How to Create a Business Account on Azapay

To access Azapay’s business solutions, you must first create a User Account. Once that is set up, you can proceed to create a Business Account by following the steps below.(if you haven't click here to create a user account)
You must have a verified User Account on Azapay.
Ensure you have all required compliance documents ready for upload.
Visit Azapay’s official website or open the mobile app.
Enter your registered email address and password to log in.
Fill in the required business information:
- Business Name
- Business Status (this is to know if your business is registered or not)
- Business Type (this will determine required verification documents)
- Business Address (this will be verified)
- Business Email (this will be verified)
- Business phone number (this will be verified)

Your selection on "business status" determines the verification documents will require from you. e.g for a registered LTD business
To comply with regulatory requirements, upload the following:
Certificate of Incorporation (for registered businesses)
Business Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Valid Government-Issued ID of the business owner/ Shareholder/Director
Bank Verification Number (BVN) (if applicable)
Proof of Business Address (utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)

5. Set Up Settlement Bank
Add your bank, this is important for T+1 user (this can't be changed without contacting support)
4. BVN Verification
You need to verify the bvn of at least one of the shareholders/director/business owner of the business

5. Verify Email
You will receive an otp on the business email address you provided

Congratulations!!! Your Business is currently in review.
Azapay’s team will review your submission.
Approval typically takes 24-72 hours.
You will receive an email notification upon successful verification.
Select a Service and Subscribe to a Plan: Choose the Azapay service that suits your business needs and subscribe to a plan.
Explore Features of Selected Service and Subscribed Plan: Familiarize yourself with the tools and functionalities available to your business.
After business account is created, you are required to subscribe to at least one service and plan
