How to Create Payment Links

The payment link has a dedicated app you can download on the playstore and App Store. You can also use the payment link on the web. The choice is yours

Log in to your account, select your preferred business, once in the dashboard, navigate to payment link on the side bar menu

Once in, click Create Payment Link button on the top right, a form will pop up

You are not required to do much here as most of the information is pre-filled. All you have to do is select the bank for collection and also customise the payment link number e.g 0201 - 3pers of Jeans this way you know what the transaction is/was for by a quick glance.

Once created, share the link with your customer and wait to receive payment.

Log in to your account, select your preferred business, you'd be navigated to the Home Screen. Click on Create link at the top right

When button is clicked, you'd automatically see the Generate payment link form.

You are not required to do much here as most of the information is pre-filled. All you have to do is select the bank for collection and also customise the payment link number (optional) e.g 0201 - 3pers of Jeans this way you know what the transaction is/was for by a quick glance.

Once created, share the link with your customer via WhatsApp, instagram , email etc and wait to receive payment.

Note: the payment link has a 15mins timeline and will expire after the time elapses 

The payment link protects you in so many ways, if the customer tries to send more or less than the amount you inputted when creating the link, their bank will not allow them send the money. This way you will not have any refund situation. (This is primary with Kuda bank)
